60-day returns
Changed your mind? You have 60 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund — no questions asked. This goes beyond your statutory rights and never replaces them.
Your EU/UK statutory rights
If you shop from the EU or UK, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, in addition to our 60-day promise. You also have rights if goods are faulty or not as described, including repair, replacement or refund under applicable consumer law.
How to return
- Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will send you simple return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to show it).
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, except for faulty or incorrect items — we cover those in full.
